OVERVIEW

Embark on an enchanting journey through Nepal’s cultural and natural treasures, beginning in Kathmandu, the vibrant capital city steeped in history and spirituality. Explore ancient temples like Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) and Boudhanath Stupa, pulsing with spiritual energy. Traverse to Pokhara, a picturesque city nestled by serene lakes and towering mountains, offering breathtaking views of the Annapurna range and opportunities for adventure sports like paragliding and trekking. Finally, discover the lush jungles of Chitwan National Park, where you can encounter diverse wildlife including Bengal tigers, one-horned rhinoceroses, and exotic bird species, providing a captivating conclusion to this diverse and unforgettable Nepalese odyssey.

ITINERARY

DAY 01: ARRIVAL AT KATHMANDU

Upon arrival at the airport, our office personnel will meet and greet you at the airport and we will transfer you to the hotel in Kathmandu. Depending upon your arrival time. We can customize the day’s activities at an extra cost.

Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 02: FULL DAY KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast at the hotel. We will proceed for the local sightseeing in Kathmandu:

• Pashupatinath Temple- The religious Shiva Temple, for Darshan.
• Bouddhanath Stupa- The holiest shrine for Buddhist culture.
• Swyambhunath Stupa: Swayambhunath is an ancient religious architecture atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley.
• The fascinating Patan Durbar Square

After the visit, drive back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 03: DRIVE TO POKHRA

Early morning breakfast at the hotel and drive to Pokhara -the city of lakes and gateway to mountains.

En route, one has an option of rafting or visiting the Manakamana Temple “Goddess of Fulfilling Wishes” where you are taken by a cable ride of 10 min at an extra cost.

Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel, and the rest of the day is leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Pokhara.

DAY 04: POKHRA SIGHTSEEING

A delightful breakfast then proceed for a Pokhara sightseeing including:

• Devi Falls is also known as “Patale Chhango”.
• Gupteshwor Mahadev- The shrine is dedicated to Shiva.
• Mahendra Cave
• The Bat Cave-also is known as Chamero Gufa in Nepali.
• International Mountain Museum
• Gurkha Museum:Museum with interactive multimedia exhibits dedicated to the history of Nepal’s Gurkha soldiers.
• Seti River Gorge is well-known for its misleading river course and its milky foam.
• Tal Barahi Temple also referred to as Lake Temple or Varahi Temple.
• Phewa Tal: Phewa Tal is the second largest and most visited lake in Nepal.

After the visit, drive back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pokhara.

DAY 05: POKHRA TO CHITWAN (approx. 160 km, 6 to 7 hrs).

Then we will proceed to Chitwan – Home of one of the last populations of single-horned Asiatic rhinoceros. On arrival, transfer to the hotel, check in and get rest.

For jungle activities: You will be briefed about full nature programs by our nature guide. Then we head on for different Jungle activities. Jeep safari, Elephant Breeding centre, Bird watching, Canoeing, A guided village walk, and a walk on the banks of the Rapti River to watch the charming sunset views in the sub-tropical jungle.)

In the evening, a Tharu cultural program by ethnic tribal people with their stick dance and tribal drums.

Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 06: FULL DAY CHITWAN SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at the hotel then transfer for the sightseeing. Sightseeing activities include Canoeing, Dugout canoeing, Nature Walks, and Bird Watching at Chitwan National Park. Return to the hotel. Free for the day.

Overnight at the hotel in Chitwan.

DAY 07: CHITWAN TO KATHMANDU

Retracing the same path, drive back to Kathmandu and transfer to the Hotel. Free for the rest of the day in Kathmandu. One can explore the bustling street of Thamel- a tourist hub. Enjoy your time shopping.

DAY 08: DEPARTURE

After Breakfast in the hotel, drive towards the Airport for Departure for an onward journey with the great experience of Nepal’s tour. You will be dropped off at the Airport before 3 hours of your flight schedule.

• Welcome refreshment drinks on arrival at the hotel.
• 3-night accommodation in Kathmandu on a BB plan.
• 2-night accommodation in Pokhara on a BB plan.
• 2-night accommodation in Chitwan on a BB plan.
• Sightseeing in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan per the itinerary.
• Transportation for sightseeing and transfer by private vehicle.
• Tharu Cultural Show in Chitwan.
• All the vehicle parking fees at the attractions.
• All Presently applicable hotel taxes.

• Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, etc.
• Any tips for Guides, drivers, hotel staff, and any meals apart from the ones mentioned above.
