Visit some of Jinan’s most famous springs and for a walk through the old city, to see how local people live in this city. Confucius, the great Chinese philosopher, had a truly deep impact on Chinese society. Qufu, in Shangdong province, is hisbirthplace. This tour will give you the opportunity to visit his hometown, as well as Mount Tai, one of China’s most famous mountains

DAY 1 – Arrive-Jinan
Arrive Jinan, transfer to a local restaurant to have lunch and visit toBaotu Spring Park, which is Known as the best spring under heaven. Take a walk along the city moat to explore the other springs and lakes and try some local snacks in the old city market. Thenvisit to DamingLake,the gathering place of all the spring water. DAY 2 – Ji’nan-Mt.Tai (drive 1 H)
Drive to Taiancity(1.5 hrs), visit Mt.Taishan by cable car, Mount Tai locates in the middle part of Shandong province spanning two cities (Tai’an city and Jinan city) with total area of 426 square kilometers. In 1987, Mount Tai was listed as Cultural and Natural World Heritage site and honored “World Geopark” in 2006. Visit Buyang Village including visit the kindergarten and have dinner in a local family. More than half of the Chinese people live in the village and great changes have taken place since the founding of the New China. The village tour enables you to experience the real countryside and the real China. Have fun with the kids from the local kindergarten and try the freshly homemade lunch in a local family and enjoy the hospitality of the villagers. Overnight TaianLijing Plaza Hotel

DAY 3 – Mt.Tai-Qufu (drive 1 H)
Drive to Confucius hometown–QufuCity(2 hrs),Qufu is best known as the hometown of Confucius. The city contains numerous historic palaces, temples and cemeteries. The three most famous cultural sites of the city, collectively known as San Kong. “The Three Confucian sites”, are the Temple of Confucius, the Cemetery of Confucius), and the Kong Family Mansion Together, these three sites have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1994. Visit to Confucius Temple,Based on Confucius former residents, the temple was built the 2nd year after Confucius death, it has been restored and expanded from dynasty to dynasty. The main buildings are Kuiwen Pavilion, Thirteen imperial Steele Pavilion, Apricot Terrace and Hall of Great Achievement. Confucius Mansion–Built for Confucius direct descendants to work and live.
